Terms and Conditions

The artist may change the guidelines/terms and conditions of their art commissions at any time without warning, but the new changes will not apply to previous and pending commissions at the time of the update, only future.This artist reserves rights over the commissioned piece throughout the process of creation and thereafter. This means they have the right to post/upload the piece on social media and share it with others. (Unless the client specifies that they don't want it posted publicly)The client may do as they please with the commissioned piece, so long as proper credit is given. These commissions are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes, with no exceptions.PAYMENT
Payment is done in euros, through iDeal, Ko-Fi, and Tikkie. 50% of the total price should be paid upfront. The remaining 50% will be requested once the piece is finished.
Complex character designs may increase pricing. However, they can be simplified to avoid the extra costs.
If the artwork is intended for commercial use, the total price will double.REFUNDS AND DECLINES
Full refunds are acceptable before work on the commission has started. If work has already been started, the artist will deduce the price of the art done if a refund is requested.
If the artist says the piece is finished, they will not give out a refund after.
The artist holds the right to decline drawing something, with or without reason.

CLIENT'S RIGHTS/USE OF ARTWORK
Once the commissioned piece is finished, the client:
- can post the artwork anywhere online as long as proper credit is provided. (In credits, please refer to the artist as ehs73y3ck, not stick)
- can create personal/commercial merch of the artwork
- cannot use the artwork to train AI models or make NFTs
- cannot claim the artwork as their own, trace over it or use it as a base.TAT (Turnaround time)
This artists TAT estimate is about 1-2 weeks. If they have not finished the commission by the 2-week deadline, they will provide a refund as soon as possible.PROCESS AND CHANGES
Small changes can be made throughout the process of creation, but after the artist declares it finished they will not edit it unless they are comfortable doing so.
This artist will not redraw a piece after they reach the final sketch unless they decide otherwise.
Progress images of the commission will be provided throughout the process - this is when small changes can be requested. The order of these progress images go as follows:
Sketch
Finished line art
In-progress coloring
In-progress shading (if applicable)
The final progress image will be sent once the artist feels they are approaching the end of the process. This is when the final change can be made.
More progress images can be requested three times a day, but have to be at least 3 hours apart.If the artist feels the art doesn't look right, they will redraw it if necessary. They will work with you to something you can both agree on if they redraw it.
